About

Healing is a multidimensional process that encompasses body, mind, emotions, spirit, and community. I promote the use of a variety of resources to tap these multiple levels, including mind-body techniques such as mindfulness practice, yoga and meditation.

Specialization

I have a general psychology practice, working with individuals and couples. I have been an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist since 1998. My specialties include couples therapy, sex therapy, sexual dysfunctions, and LGBTQIA+ issues.

Philosophy

My generally humanistic approach is eclectic and includes elements of transpersonal and existential psychology, cognitive-behavioral treatment, expressive therapies, and somatic therapies. I approach people from a holistic perspective, with an open mind. Therapy is tailored to the individual and/or couple.

Hours

Potential office hours are Monday - Friday, 8-6.
